Beltran (ribs) is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Angels, YES Network's Meredith Marakovits reports.

Analysis:

The Yankees have not provided an update on Beltran's condition, so consider him day-to-day for the time being. He was to be re-evaluated Wednesday after leaving Tuesday's game with a rib-cage injury. Garrett Jones is starting in right field Wednesday.
