Green was extended a qualifying offer by the Warriors to make him a restricted free agent, and it's believed they'll match any offer sheet he receives in free agency, Yahoo! Sports reports.

Analysis:

The Warriors could lock Green up with a five-year deal to keep him in house, but if they want to shave a year off their commitment to him, the Warriors can let Green sign an offer sheet with another team and match it.
