Hurricanes agree to terms with Riley Nash, Jaccob Slavin, Rasmus Rissanen

The Carolina Hurricanes signed forward Riley Nash, defenseman Jaccob Slavin, and defenseman Rasmus Rissanen on Wednesday.

Nash agreed to a 1-year, $1.15-million deal, Slavin was signed to a 3-year contract that will pay him $832,500 per season at the NHL level, and Rissanen was inked to a 1-year, $575,000 deal.

Nash had eight goals and 25 points in 68 games with the Hurricanes, Slavin had five goals and 17 points in 34 games with Colorado College, and Rissanen had one goal and 11 points in 52 games for the Charlotte Checkers of the American Hockey League.
