Report: Islanders sign Anders Lee to 4-year, $15M contract extension

The New York Islanders have reportedly rewarded Anders Lee for his breakout season with a four-year, $15-million contract extension.

The deal carries an average annual value of $3.75 million, according to Newsday's Arthur Staple.

Lee exploded for 25 goals and 41 points in 2014-15 - his first full NHL season. The 24-year-old center has 57 points in 100 career games.
