Marchessault, who saw action in a pair of regular-season games as well two playoff contests with the Lightning in 2014-15, spent the bulk of the past season with AHL Syracuse, where he notched 24 goals and 67 points in 68 games. Now that he's signed for the coming season, the 24-year-old winger will look to take another step in his pro development by sticking with the Lightning out of the gate.
