Senators trade defenseman Eric Gryba to Oilers
SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) The Ottawa Senators traded Eric Gryba to the Edmonton Oilers for prospect Travis Ewanyk and the 107th pick in the draft on Saturday.
With their second-day picks, the Senators drafted right-winger Gabriel Gagne at No. 36, center Filip Chlapik at No. 48, defenseman Christian Wolanin at No. 107, left-winger Filip Ahl at No. 109 and defenseman Christian Jaros at No. 139.
Gryba has one year left at a cap hit of $1.25 million.
