Pittsburgh Steelers

Steelers to honor Bettis. The Steelers will honor 2015 Pro Football Hall of Fame nominee Jerome Bettis in a ceremony on Oct. 1. Bettis goes into the Hall of Fame on Aug 8.

Bill Cowher a Hall-of-Famer? With Bettis heading into the Hall this summer, Behind The Steel Curtain is pondering if his longtime head coach, Bill Cowher, deserves to join him one day.

Pounceys giving back to hometown. Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey and Dolphins center Mike Pouncey are giving something back to their hometown of Lakeland, Fla. From June 26-29, the twin brothers are hosting a celebrity basketball game, football camp, community cookout, and golf outing.

Cincinnati Bengals

Bengals feel McCarron could start. Andy Dalton may have to start looking over his shoulder. After a strong performance in offseason workouts, the Bengals believe second-year signal-caller AJ McCarron has starting quarterback potential.

Eifert putting on weight. Tight end Tyler Eifert is bulking up. Eifert has regained the 15 pounds he lost last year while missing significant time with an elbow injury.

Kirkpatrick improved? ESPN's Coley Harvey thinks Dre Kirkpatrick has been the team's most improved player this offseason and could be poised for a big year.

Baltimore Ravens

Forsett offers advice for rookies. Ravens running back Justin Forsett took the time to speak at the rookie symposium this week, making sure the first-year players understood the importance of overcoming adversity.

Ravens experimenting with unique formations. After getting burned by the Patriots' tricky formations in the postseason, head coach John Harbaugh is working on a similar strategy this offseason.

Flacco adjusting to new offensive coordinator. The Ravens are learning a new offense under Marc Trestman after Gary Kubiak left for Denver, but quarterback Joe Flacco isn't worried about the transition.

Cleveland Browns

Browns talking to Gordon. Josh Gordon's time in Cleveland may not be done quite yet. Despite being suspended for 10 games in 2014 and the entire 2015 campaign, the Browns remain in contact with the star wideout.

Pryor to try receiver. The Browns claimed Terrelle Pryor off waivers this week, but they don't plan to use him at quarterback. With a need for more offensive weapons, Cleveland is going to see what the athletic Pryor can do at receiver.

Browns rookies visit Hall of Fame. Browns rookies got treated to a glimpse of football greatness this week. The class made a trip to the Hall of Fame, and Dawgs by Nature chronicled the experience.
