It's rare to hear a quarterback say he wants to face Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt. In fact, Jameis Winston may be the only one.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback told NFL.com he is looking forward to facing Watt.
"The player I’m most looking forward to playing against probably has to be J.J. Watt," Winston said. "We play them Week 3 in Houston, I believe. It’s gonna be a fun matchup."
Winston certainly has an interesting definition of fun. Getting hunted down by Watt doesn't really sound like an enjoyable experience.
It could simply be Winston's rookie naivety or perhaps he has never seen film of Watt, but he may be singing a different tune in Week 3.
Be careful what you wish for, Jameis.
