Stampeders sign Tim Brown

The Calgary Stampeders locked up kick returner Tim Brown on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old was one of the most elusive returners in the league with the BC Lions. In 2014, he amassed 17 kick returns for 469 yards, averaging a respectable 27.6 yards per return.
The Stockton, Calif., native also has experience as a running back in the CFL, registering six touchdowns through four seasons.
The defending Grey Cup champions also signed Christopher Johnson, who was recently released by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
