Vikings' Mike Zimmer has an 'indication' of when Adrian Peterson will show up

Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer thinks he knows when Adrian Peterson will report for offseason activities. Just don't expect him to share the information.

Zimmer spoke to 1500 ESPN radio and indicated he has an idea of when his star running back will make an appearance.

"I think I do have an indication," Zimmer said. "It's up to Adrian, really. He's the guy you should ask. We'd like all our players here. It's the voluntary time of year right now and it's his decision in what he wants to do."

The relationship between Peterson and the organization has been shaky at best throughout the offseason. Peterson made it clear he was unhappy about the level of support he received from the Vikings during his legal issues last year.

Minnesota opted not to deal the disgruntled 30-year-old and his lucrative contract. The fact Peterson's set to make nearly $13 million this season should make him quick to forget any bad feelings he has toward the Vikings.
