Iman Shumpert calls out Cavs beat reporter on Twitter

Iman Shumpert is not afraid to call someone out on Twitter.

Two days after the Cleveland Cavaliers eliminated the Chicago Bulls 94-73 in Game 6 to advance to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since 2009, the shooting guard took to social media to express his dislike for Cavs beat reporter Chris Haynes.

There is speculation that the animosity comes from Haynes' report for Cleveland.com after Thursday's victory, in which Shumpert is quoted as saying some menacing things in the locker room towards Bulls' Nikola Mirotic after the power forward clotheslined him.

Haynes reported Shumpert saying to LeBron James while getting dressed, "That dude better be cool. I'm from here. I got my family here and everything. He wants to get out safe, don't he?"

Shumpert followed the tweet with an apology to the fans for responding to Haynes' negativity.
