Blue Jays' Saunders needs 4-6 weeks to rest knee

Michael Saunders continues to struggle with his health in 2015.
The Toronto Blue Jays outfielder needs up to six weeks to rest his surgically-repaired left knee and will see renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews on Monday, according to general manager Alex Anthopoulos.
Anthopoulos also acknowledged Saunders' knee may not be 100 percent for the remainder of the season.
Saunders, who is hitting .194 with three RBIs in nine games, sustained the injury after he stepped on a sprinkler while shagging fly balls in spring training, and was placed back on the disabled list last weekend after developing fluid in his knee.
