John Wall: (Wrist) Dribbles Left-Handed, Status Still Uncertain

Wall (wrist) dribbled a basketball with his left hand during Tuesday's practice, the Washington Post reports. Wall's status is still unclear in advance of Wednesday's Game 5.

Analysis:

The point guard tested out the left wrist for the first time Tuesday, and coach Randy Wittman said the team will further evaluate Wall either later Tuesday or Wednesday. "When they check him again," Wittman said. "I'm sure they're either going to say 'No, we need more time' or 'It's up to you' from a pain standpoint." Wall has not played since Game 1 of the series and has made clear that his intent is to return as soon as he's able, rather than shutting himself down.
