Sturridge (hip) is considered day-to-day but may be in danger of sitting out the rest of the season for precautionary reasons according to manager Brendan Rodgers.

Analysis:

Sturridge sat out the past three matches and seems to be in danger of missing Tuesday's fixture against Hull City, and beyond. Rodgers should shed some light on this situation moving forward but there's an overwhelming concern for Sturridge's long-term viability with the squad if he were to continue playing through his hip injury. Mario Balotelli and Philippe Coutinho will likely continue to benefit for the duration of Sturridge's stint on the bench.
