Blue Jays become 1st team in MLB history to have 3 Canadian position players in starting lineup

The Toronto Blue Jays are bringing new meaning to being Canada's team. 

With outfielder Michael Saunders set to make his season (and team) debut Saturday following offseason knee surgery, the Blue Jays are set to become the first organization in Major League Baseball history to have three Canadian position players in the lineup.

Catcher Russell Martin and outfielder Dalton Pompey are the other two Canucks in the Blue Jays' starting lineup against the Tampa Bay Rays

Jays left-handed reliever Jeff Francis is also Canadian.
