Report: Greg Hardy involved in altercation with teammate who called him 'woman beater'

Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy was involved in a verbal altercation with teammate Davon Coleman and the pair had to be separated by teammates, Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports.

The altercation reportedly occurred while the two players were participating in conditioning drills and escalated after Hardy questioned Coleman's effort and Coleman responded by making reference to an incident for which Hardy was charged with domestic violence.

At one point, Coleman called Hardy a "woman beater," Yahoo Sports' Rand Getlin reports.

Hardy's time with the Cowboys is off to a rocky start. Earlier this week, the NFL suspended Hardy 10 games for his involvement in a May 2014 domestic incident for which he was arrested. The severity of the suspension surprised many around the league.
