Rafael Nadal wasn't a winner on his surface of choice last week, but still did well enough to return to the top four of the ATP World Rankings.
Nadal moved past Kei Nishikori and into the No. 4 spot despite dropping a 6-3, 6-3 semifinal decision to Tomas Berdych at the Monte Carlo Masters. Berdych went on to lose in three sets in the final to Novak Djokovic, who remained No. 1 in the weekly rankings.
Roger Federer and Murray remained No. 2 and 3, respectively, while Nadal and Nishikori round out the top 5.
