Knight had the arthroscopic surgery performed Friday and there's no concern for his viability heading into next year because of the extended resting time he'll be able to get during the offseason. The 23-year-old is in line to be a restricted free agent this summer and the Suns will have to decide on whether or not they want to retain the efforts of Knight moving forward.
