Packers' Chris Banjo signs exclusive-rights free-agent tender

The Green Bay Packers signed safety Chris Banjo to an exclusive-rights free-agent tender Friday, according to Tyler Dunne of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Banjo recorded one tackle in three games in 2014, and is unlikely to usurp Morgan Burnett as the Packers' starting strong safety. 

Green Bay promoted Banjo to the active roster after a Week 15 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
