Raptors' Hansbrough starting Game 1

John E. Sokolowski / USA TODAY Sports

Toronto Raptors coach Dwane Casey is opting to start Tyler Hansbrough at power forward in Game 1 against the Washington Wizards on Saturday.

Hansbrough started the final six games of the regular season for the Raps because Amir Johnson was dealing with an ankle injury. Johnson did play in the last two games of the season and is active Saturday - he will come off the bench.

It will be Hansbrough's sixth career playoff start. He averaged 3.6 points and 3.6 rebounds in 14.3 minutes per game this season.
