Anderson Silva wants a rematch with Nick Diaz in Brazil

A potential lengthy suspension isn't stopping Anderson Silva from fantasy booking his next bout, and the opponent looks pretty familiar.

I believe that there is some things that are unfinished between me & Nick Diaz, I now hope that you, Dana White can accept my request & make a rematch possible in my country, Brazil

Returning after more than a year on the shelf with a gruesome leg injury, Silva easily outpointed Nick Diaz at UFC 183 in January, walking away with a clear-cut unanimous decision.

Silva, a former UFC middleweight champion and pound-for-pound great, failed multiple drug screenings before and after his bout with Diaz, and was suspended by the Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC) indefinitely pending an upcoming hearing.

Diaz flunked a post-fight drug test himself, only his testing positive for marijuana has rightfully become a bit of a footnote in the ongoing Silva-PED saga.
