Suns' Knight to miss another game with ankle injury

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

The Brandon Knight era with the Phoenix Suns continues to be plagued by ankle troubles.

Knight will sit out Saturday's game against the Utah Jazz, the 11th contest in the last 12 that the point guard has missed.

His existing left ankle sprain was re-aggravated last Monday against the Oklahoma City Thunder and he's been out of action since.

Knight was obtained from the Milwaukee Bucks at the trade deadline and has had issues since his arrival in Phoenix - mainly seeing his field goal percentage drop to 35.7 in 11 games with the Suns. The No. 8 pick in the 2011 NBA Draft is a restricted free agent this summer.

Phoenix, four games out of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference with six to play, is all but out of the race.
