Jazz sign Jack Cooley, Chris Johnson to multi-year deals

The Utah Jazz signed power forward Jack Cooley and small forward Chris Johnson to multi-year deals on Tuesday.

Tterms of the deals were not disclosed, following team policy.

Johnson was let go by the Milwaukee Bucks following a pair of 10-day contracts between March 6 and 26. Earlier this season, Johnson also played a stint in Utah on a 10-day deal. Across three seasons, Johnson has averaged 5.6 points per game on 39.1 percent shooting from the field and 32.5 percent from deep.

Cooley has signed two 10-day deals with the Jazz this season. The undrafted power forward has appeared in six games where he has put up 10 points and three rebounds. He also played for the D-League's Idaho Stampede, where he averaged 16.8 points and 12.5 rebounds per game.
