Wade sends Bosh heartfelt happy birthday message

Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade have been teammates for the last five seasons, going to four straight NBA Finals and capturing two titles. 

They aren't able to share the court together as the Miami Heat look to secure their seventh consecutive playoff appearance, though, due to a health issue that's forced Bosh's season to end prematurely. 

Bosh has been out since late February when he was diagnosed with blood clots on one of his lungs. He received an outpouring of support from teammates and fellow NBA players once his condition became public, and Wade used Bosh's birthday as another opportunity to share some kind thoughts on the 10-time All-Star.

Wade took to Instagram on Tuesday to wish Bosh a happy 31st birthday.
