Josh Smith: (Ankle) Expects To Play

Smith (ankle) went through morning shootaround Monday and plans to play against the Pacers, Jenny Dial Creech of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Analysis:

Smith injured his calf/ankle in Saturday's game, but wasn't listed on the team's injury report Sunday. However, Monday was a different story, as he was initially considered questionable. It appears he will attempt to play, but an official designation comes out closer to the opening tip-off.
