Another Clasico is in the books.

Roughly 98,000 supporters who made the trip to the Camp Nou were sent home with smiles on Sunday, as Barcelona felled Real Madrid 2-1 in another captivating match between Europe's greatest rivals.

The victory, which came through a header from Jeremy Mathieu and a stunning goal from Luis Suarez, pushed the Catalan club four points ahead of Madrid at the top of the league table with just 10 matches remaining.

As is always the case, hordes of media descended upon the stadium to take in the match and to offer their opinions on the both the result and what it means for the title race afterwards.

Here's what the Spanish media had to say on Monday morning:

Madrid-based tabloid AS took a lenient view of Los Blancos' performance, choosing to focus on the opening half when the visitors were clearly the better side – and not the second stanza, when they were blown out of the water.

"They let them off the hook, then paid for it," the paper claimed, using an image of Cristiano Ronaldo's first-half volley that careened off the crossbar to illustrate their point.

"So many let-offs," declared Marca, who opted for a similar tone to that of their Madrid-based peers.

Mundo Deportivo, based in Barcelona, focused on the four-point gap that the Catalan club opened up by virtue of their win.

Lastly, Sport Diario proclaimed the result a "Blow for Madrid," before saying that "Suarez scored the goal which is worth half a Liga."
