Colts' Josh McNary no longer has to wear GPS monitor

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Indianapolis Colts linebacker Josh McNary doesn't have to wear a GPS monitor anymore as he faces a rape charge.

Marion Superior Court Judge Sheila Carlisle removed an order that demanded McNary wear the tracking device.

McNary was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with one count of rape, one count of criminal confinement and one count of battery after an incident with a woman in Indianapolis.

He was placed on the Commissioner's Exempt List, where he'll stay until a verdict is delivered in his case.

The 26-year-old will stand trial on June 15.
