MONTREAL - The Montreal Alouettes signed former B.C. Lions running back/kick returner Stefan Logan to a one-year contract Monday.
The five-foot-six Logan amassed 1,748 all-purpose yards last season, including 625 yards on 116 rushing attempts.
"Stefan will bring invaluable experience and a triple threat to the offensive side of the ball," Alouettes GM Jim Popp said in a statement. "His ability to take any given play for a touchdown as a running back, receiver and returner gives us many options."
Between two stints with B.C., the 33-year old Logan played four seasons in the NFL with Pittsburgh, Detroit and Tampa Bay, rolling up 5,782 all-purpose years.
