Samir Nasri open to MLS move
A move to Major League Soccer could be on the horizon for Samir Nasri when he enters the twilight years of his career.
The Manchester City midfielder revealed that he would like to follow in the footsteps of teammate Frank Lampard and end his career in North America.
While he's still a few years away from such a move - his current deal with the defending Premier League champions expires in 2019 - Nasri expressed an interest in a move to MLS rather than a return home to France.
"I would like to play MLS, not go back to France," Nasri told Sami Mokbel of the Daily Mail.
"Maybe I would go back to Marseille but it would be too difficult - maybe impossible.
"I would like the MLS, like Thierry Henry. I love the lifestyle in USA and everything about it."
Nasri will be 31 when his current deal expires, meaning he'll be considerably younger than Lampard (36) and Steven Gerrard (34) if he chooses to travel across the pond to end his career.
