Paris Saint-Germain were dominant for long stretches of Tuesday's Champions League contest against Chelsea, but were forced to settle for a 1-1 draw thanks chiefly to a number of wonderful saves from Thibaut Courtois.
The Belgian shot-stopper put in a fantastic performance at the Parc des Princes, denying headers from Blaise Matuidi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic (twice) while also making a wonderful intervention with his legs when it looked as though the giant Swede was going to find the back of the net in the second half.
After the match, David Luiz praised the Chelsea 'keeper, saying that the scoreline would have read much differently were it not for his presence.
Yes. Yes he was.
