Hill (groin) sat out Wednesday's practice, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Analysis:
Hill played 20 minutes Tuesday against the Raptors but emerged from the game with soreness in his groin, which has plagued him for much of the season. He was given a recovery day Wednesday in hopes he'll be ready to go Thursday against the Knicks. If he's held out, C.J. Watson may need to take on an even larger workload, but even coach Frank Vogel acknowledged that the veteran's heavy minutes have taken a toll. "He's been off and on," Vogel said of Watson. "He's had some good moments and some not-so-good moments."
