Report: Ray Allen leaning toward retirement, not NBA return

Ray Allen, not unlike Jermaine O'Neal, was thought to be weighing his options for an NBA return to a contender in the new year. 

Now it seems the 39-year-old might be closer to making his semi-retirement permanent, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

The Cavaliers, Warriors and Clippers are just a few teams known to be interested in the sharpshooter, who has scored more 3-pointers than anyone in NBA history.
