VIDEO: Basel's Fabian Frei silences Anfield with stunning strike

Liverpool's Champions League campaign is hanging by a thread after Basel midfielder Fabian Frei opened the scoring against Brendan Rodgers' side with a phenomenal strike on Tuesday.
Needing no less than three points to emerge from their group, Liverpool found themselves trailing at home in the 25th minute, when Frei played a superb give-and-go with Luca Zuffi before blasting a 20-yard shot past a static Simon Mignolet.
Should Basel hold on for the win, it will mark their fifth consecutive Champions League win against an English side.
Of course, earning such a result is slightly easier when you're facing a club with an inability to keep a clean sheet.
