Kevin Doyle: Signs On Loan For Crystal Palace

Doyle agreed a loan deal until January at Crystal Palace, reports the official club website.

Analysis:

Doyle comes in as a straight replacement for the departing Glenn Murray after arriving on a short term loan from Championship side Wolves. Doyle scored just five goals in 31 league games last season split between then League One side Wolves and Queens Park Rangers. Fantasy owners aren't advised to jump at signing Doyle as manager Neil Warnock will only use him as a substitute behind fellow front men Dwight Gayle and Fraizer Campbell in the pecking order.
