Report: Forster set to join Southampton

Southampton are close to landing Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster.

The Guardian reports a fee in the region of  £10 million has been agreed upon for the 26-year-old.

Forster is expected to sign a four-year contract. His arrival likely spells the end of Artur Boruc's tenure at St Mary's Stadium. 

The England international joined Celtic on loan from Newcastle on August 24, 2010. Two years later, Forster signed a permanent deal with the Scottish giants.
