A former first-round pick of the Washington Wizards, Booker fell out of favor in Washington's crowded frontcourt, filling in mostly as an injury replacement for his incumbents. He will likely reprise his role as back-up in Utah.
The 26-year-old power forward posted per-game averaged of 6.8 points and 5.3 rebounds last season. He boasts a passable mid-range jumpshot, but mostly feasts off putbacks for his scant offensive contributions.
