Moore will officially become an unrestricted free agent Tuesday, as the Magic rescinded his qualifying offer, ESPN reports.

Analysis:

Moore follows former teammates Jameer Nelson and Doron Lamb off the roster as the addition of Elfrid Payton in the draft made them expendable. In his third season, Moore averaged 6.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 19.1 minutes. There still remains the possibility Moore returns to the Magic, according to his agent. Wherever Moore winds up, he'll provide quality perimeter defense and serviceable outside shooting.
