Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang dealt with a variety of health issues this past season - from a lower-body injury that cost him nine games in the fall, to an upper-body injury that cost him ten more, to a career-threatening stroke that resulted from a previously undiagnosed heart ailment.

Letang's run of tough luck on the injury front continued in the postseason, as the skilled Penguins defender reportedly sustained two separate fractures to a variety of his appendages in Games 6 and 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series against the New York Rangers:

Despite those injuries, Letang played over 25 minutes in Game 7.
