Mark Schwarzer: Shuts Out Liverpool

Schwarzer made eight saves during Chelsea's 2-0 win over Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday.

Analysis:

Starting in place of the injured Petr Cech (shoulder), Schwarzer had one of the best games of his long career, keeping Chelsea in the title hunt on the home turf of the presumed favorites. He is fully expected to start Tuesday's Champions League match against Atletico Madrid, but he could be rested for next weekend's Premier League match against Norwich City.
