Miller was traded to the Suns as a part of a three-team trade on Friday, the Hornets Team Website reports.

Miller has an expiring contract and will likely retire before playing any games this season. He was dealt to balance the salaries in the trade. The trade sent Robin Lopez and Hakim Warrick to the Hornets, and Wesley Johnson and the Timberwolves' protected first round pick (previously acquired from the Grizzlies) to the Suns.
