Analysis:
Barton has boosted his run in the last three games, namely in response to more available minutes due to the injured LaMarcus Aldridge (back). Moreover, before making a surprise return to action Sunday, Mo Williams missed two games due to a strained hip. It appears that Barton has a leg up on CJ McCollum at the moment in the wing rotation, but Barton's poor shooting in the last three games -- 6-for-19, or 31.6 percent from the field -- may not have endeared himself to coach Terry Stotts.
