Allen had 13 points (6-6 FG, 1-2 FT) to go along with four rebounds and two blocks over 18 minutes on Friday night.

Analysis:

Allen saw easily his most minutes as a Pacer on Friday, as Ian Mahinmi didn't see the court due to rib injuries and Andrew Bynum was resting in the first game of a back-to-back set. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Allen shot an efficient 6-for-6 from the field, which were actually his first six baskets as a Pacer. Don't expect this trend to continue, though, as this was only the fourth game out of 11 that he's seen playing time since coming over in a trade with Philadelphia. Once the Pacers' big men regain their health and conditioning, Allen will be delegated once again to a deep bench role and only see a couple minutes on most nights.
