Ayon had missed Atlanta's past five games prior to going under the knife Friday. Not much of a fantasy asset, Ayon was averaging just over four points and four rebounds per game for the Hawks this season. He will now spend time focused on recovery and rehab as he becomes an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
