Well, it turns out that USA Today's Sam Amick was right when he said the Golden State Warriors might grab Steve Blake at the trade deadline.

The Warriors have been looking to bolster their backcourt heading into the final stretch of the season (they also recently acquired Jordan Crawford from the Boston Celtics), and the addition of Blake, who will earn $4 million in the final year of his contract, will give Stephen Curry the chance to play off the ball and take more shots. That's a pretty scary prospect.

Heading to the Los Angeles Lakers will be two guards who have received limited playing time throughout the season.

Kent Bazemore, who lit it up in last year's Las Vegas Summer League, is averaging 2.3 points over 6.1 minutes per game this season. He's in the final year of a minimum-salary contract and it will be a pleasure to watch him going nuts on the Lakers' bench alongside Robert Sacre.

MarShon Brooks, who was only traded to the Warriors from the Celtics only one month ago, averaged 1.9 points over 2.1 minutes per game during his seven contests with the Warriors. He didn't have his rookie option picked up for the 2014-15 season and must feel fairly unwanted at this point.
