Chelsea star Hazard dismisses PSG link: I am 'very happy' here

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard says he has no desire to leave London in favor of a move to free-spending French champions Paris Saint-Germain, amid continuing rumors that the latter are preparing a substantial bid for his services.

Hazard, 23, rose to prominence during his days in France, starring for Lille before making a £32 million move to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2012.

Since that time, speculation has been rife suggesting that the explosive attacker is a transfer target of the Parisian club -- including reports during the January transfer window of a £34 million offer being made.

But the Belgian winger tells French daily L'Equipe that while he is flattered by the interest, he will not be leaving the Premier League any time soon.

FOX Soccer has the details:

"It has never been a question to leave Chelsea for me. I am very happy at the club, where I still have a lot to do.

"It is an honor to hear that PSG are interested in me, but it doesn't disturb me. I know exactly what is in my mind. No one will make me change.

"The objective is to be good with Chelsea. A young player like me is learning a lot with experienced professionals like Frank Lampard, Petr Cech or Samuel Eto'o.

"I try to get inspired by their daily work. It makes me grow. That is why I believe my best years are yet to come."

It's a good thing Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich is the current owner of Chelsea, or Hazard may have already been out the door considering the ludicrous amount of money PSG could potentially throw his way.

Don't fool yourself into thinking that has nothing to do with this.
