The Raptors did not pick up Alabi's option, but he scheduled to play on the team's Summer League squad, the Toronto Sun reports.

With Jonas Valanciunas on his way to Toronto this season and the Raptors in need of money for free agency, the team had to pass on his option. It's possible he could fill a role on the end of the bench with them next season, but that will likely depend on if another team wants to give the big man a contract or not.
