Boruc leaves game with apparent hand injury

Southhampton goalkeeper Artur Boruc has been replaced by Paulo Gazzaniga in the 59th minute.

Boruc picked up an apparent hand injury and was forced to leave the game. The injury occurred as Chelsea's Gary Cahill scored.
