After testing out his strained left calf during drills Tuesday, Brewer's progress seems to have made a positive impression on coach Kevin McHale, who thinks the guard will be ready to return Wednesday. Because James Harden (foot) seems iffy to join him in uniform, Brewer could earn decent run behind Jeremy Lin at two-guard.
