Rockets' Asik, Camby and Garcia unavailable for preseason opener
The Houston Rockets team that plays in Saturday's preseason opener against New Orleans won't really resemble the actual Rockets team for 2013-14.
McHale says Camby and Asik won't play tmrw due to injury. Expects to give starters 3 runs of 6-8 mins each.

Marcus Camby and Omer Asik both have minor injuries and are being held out because, well, why not? It's the first preseason game and Houston will head to the Philippines and Taiwan next week. There's no point over-taxing guys now.
Francisco Garcia will also be held out of the opener.
The Rockets will still have 15 players available, many of whom will be used given the restriction on starter's minutes coach Kevin McHale mentioned.
Houston will get a long look at some players on non-guaranteed deals, though they may not want to cut any before the big trip so they can collect the extra air miles.
