VIDEO: Stephen Jackson explains choking Steve Francis

A few weeks ago, a video went viral of former Spurs small forward Stephen Jackson strangling the 2000 Rookie of the Year Steve Francis.

On ESPN's "Highly Questionable", Jackson got a chance to tell his side of the story and blamed the incident squarely on Francis for bumping him with his midsection while he was attempting to rap at a concert. According to Jackson, Francis didn't know a single lyric to his songs and refused to get down off the stage when Jackson asked.

"This is a public service announcement for everybody: All basketball players are not cool," says Jackson.
